What is Wu Yi Tea Like?
What exactly is the difference between wu yi green tea and other forms of tea. It is all from the same plant, but green tea is dried instead of fermented like many of the different teas you see. This shorter processing gives green tea a better flavor then most tea.
The tea actually tastes very different then most tea that you are used to. Wu Yi is a very strong taste that you will love as soon as you try it. It has a fresh, grassy flavor that can’t be explained unless you try it. You don’t usually serve green tea with anything but water, but some have used honey or milk. If you are using it for the health benefits, it is probably wiser to use just water.
Most green tea that you will find in stores is no where near the quality that you can find online. Some are so good for fat loss such as Wu Yi that it can only be sold online or in health food stores.
